Betsy Sisley

Betsy Sisley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People & Organization at Brightly since May 2021, Betsy has previously held various HR roles including Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to Brightly, Betsy worked at MetLife from July 2014 to September 2019 as an HR Business Consultant, focusing on performance management and workforce planning for the IT workforce. Betsy also contributed significantly at BlackBerry from December 2008 to April 2014, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for a new R&D facility and facilitating employee onboarding processes. Early career roles include sales positions at South Florida Business Journal and Verizon Wireless. Betsy holds a B.S. in Radio/TV from Marietta College, obtained in 2002.
