Cameron Russell

Cameron Russell serves as the Human Resources and Operations Director at Brightly since September 2022, leading people and business operations strategy for the region. Previously, Cameron held the position of Director of Human Resources and APAC L&D Lead at Pitney Bowes for a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing the Australian HR function and partnering with leadership in the ANZ region. Cameron founded ProEffect, a management consultancy aimed at assisting small to medium businesses, particularly in the IT and software sectors, with HR challenges. Additional experience includes roles at WiseTech Global in recruitment, a consultancy position at Suncorp, and HR management roles at Intellection and North Surveys. Cameron holds an MBA and multiple business administration qualifications from the Australian Institute of Business, alongside diplomas in human resources management.
