Nick Pendergraft

Nick Pendergraft, CSM, has a range of experience in content, training, and HR operations. Nick is currently the Director of Global Content & Training at Brightly, where they have led initiatives to streamline employee onboarding, create a training program for the leadership team, and oversee various HR operational projects. Prior to this role, Nick held positions at Dude Solutions, including Senior Manager of Content & Training, Client Training Manager, and Learning Experience Manager. Nick also has experience working at FacilityDude as a Client Advisor and Special Operations Analyst. Nick's expertise lies in creating efficient training programs, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing learning platforms.

Nick Pendergraft, CSM pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History from Guilford College from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification for Pendo Essentials from Pendo.io in January 2021. Nick also became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in December 2017.
