Robert Barker (Evan)

Robert "Evan" Barker, MBA, currently serves as the Strategic Account Sales Manager at Brightly since March 2022. Previously, Barker held various positions at Dude Solutions from May 2014 to April 2023, culminating as a Strategic Enterprise Account Manager focused on the needs of Federal, State, and Regional Government entities. Barker's extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Account Representative for the Government Team, where engagement with local governments in New England, Maryland, and Delaware was key, and as an Account Representative educating local governments about operational solutions. Earlier, Barker served in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Senior Airman in February 2012 after a commendable four-year tenure. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from NC State Poole College of Management and a BBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
