Tara has served in many HR roles and has a passion for developing employees by coaching them to reach their full potential. As VP of Human Resources, Tara manages talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, people strategies and engagement programs. Prior to this role, Tara served as the Director of Talent Management at Dude Solutions. Prior to joining Dude Solutions, Tara served in multiple HR leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC.
