Mikaela Bissell

Mikaela Bissell is an experienced environmental compliance professional with a strong background in environmental science. Currently serving as an Environmental Compliance Specialist at Dudek since July 2022, Mikaela previously held the position of Environmental Compliance Administrator at Flyers Energy, LLC from April 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Field Lead - Consulting Utility Forester (III) at Mountain G Enterprises and Consulting Utility Forester at ERM: Environmental Resources Management. Mikaela also gained valuable experience as a Naturalist-Intern at Merced County Office of Education and as a Naturalist with The Great Basin Institute. Mikaela earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, from 2013 to 2017, following education at Ponderosa High School from 2009 to 2013.
