Ashleigh Caldera

Ashleigh Caldera is an experienced professional with a solid background in title examination and land research. Currently serving as a Title Examiner at Fidelity National Title since June 2017, Ashleigh also operates as an Independent Petroleum Landman for T. S. Dudley Land Company, Inc. and Petro Land Group, LLC, a position held since July 2014. In this role, Ashleigh conducts detailed courthouse research across multiple counties in Pennsylvania, analyzing records to ascertain mineral and surface ownership, compiling comprehensive title abstracts, and facilitating negotiations with oil and gas lessors. Prior experience includes a role in record entry at County House Research and an internship with the Lycoming County District Attorney's Office. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
