Michael Warmenhoven

Michael Warmenhoven serves as the Commercieel Manager Logistiek at Dudok Real Estate since September 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2017 to September 2021, focusing on Valuation and Advisory and contributing to the development of a new business model for that department after completing the Excellence Program. Michael also gained experience during an internship at AVR in early 2016, where the development of a working capital dashboard was a key responsibility, and through a project debt collection role at TKB - Trust Krediet Beheer B.V. in 2015. Michael holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Organisation from Malmö University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from IC University of Applied Sciences - Amsterdam.
