Klaudia Cruz is a seasoned professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as RPO Team Leader at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions since December 2020. In this role, Klaudia oversees multiple recruitment projects and leads a team of twelve, focusing on strategy development, stakeholder relations, and enhancing candidate acquisition effectiveness.
