Irena Ulevic

Irena Ulevic has a diverse range of work experience in the travel industry. Irena is currently working as a Deployment Project Manager at Duetto, a position they started in September 2021.

Prior to their current role, Irena worked at WebBeds from September 2018 to October 2019 as a Hotel Chains Connectivity & Product Manager. Irena managed key accounts such as Hilton, Marriott, Accor, IHG, Best Western, Wyndham, and Four Seasons and focused on optimizing hotel chain performance through reducing obstacles and maintaining availability searches for clients. Irena also led testing and integration of new hotel chains.

From October 2017 to September 2018, Irena worked at Lots of Hotels by Webjet as a Product & Hotel Chains Integration Manager. In this role, they launched new suppliers, integrated their inventory, and ensured the product was active and available for customers. Irena also optimized hotel performance for existing suppliers and maintained the L2B ratio for hotel chains connected via DHISCO.

Before that, Irena held the position of Chains Implementation Test Lead at Kuoni Global Travel Services from July 2015 to September 2017. Irena led the certification, testing, and implementation process of new suppliers, implemented additional rate plans and offers for existing accounts, and tested newly deployed functionalities related to DHISCO and DerbySoft connections.

Irena's early career in the travel industry includes roles at GTA. From July 2013 to June 2015, they were a Connectivity Business Support Executive, where they handled daily bookings reports, analyzed connectivity failed bookings reports, and investigated technical queries related to hotel set-up and system-related issues. Prior to that, from September 2011 to July 2013, they served as a Hotel Chains Operations Co-ordinator, providing daily support to hotel chains and internal customers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date customer-facing content, and investigating discrepancies related to direct connect bookings.

Irena Ulevic obtained their Bachelor's degree diploma in Social Science from the Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences, where they attended from 2001 to 2006.
