Joyce Galvao

Joyce Galvao has a strong background in customer success and revenue management. Joyce currently holds the position of VP of Global Customer Success at Duetto, a role they have been in since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Global Customer Success at Duetto from September 2021 to October 2022. Joyce also held the position of Regional Director of Customer Success, EMEA & APAC at Duetto from October 2017 to September 2021, and worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager from June 2015 to October 2017.

Before joining Duetto, Galvao gained extensive experience in revenue management and distribution in the hospitality industry. Joyce worked at COMO Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Distribution from November 2009 to May 2015, and as a Revenue Manager from May 2007 to December 2009. During their time at COMO Hotels & Resorts, they were responsible for revenue management, distribution, and reservations for multiple properties. Joyce conducted research and implemented revenue and distribution solutions, ensured data quality and tracking, and provided training.

Prior to their role at COMO Hotels & Resorts, Galvao served as a Revenue Manager at Maybourne Hotel Group from June 2005 to May 2007, where they focused on revenue optimization. Joyce also worked at The Savoy Group as a Distribution Executive from April 2004 to June 2005. In this role, they developed electronic distribution strategies, conducted market and competitor analysis, and supported the revenue management team with reporting and analysis.

Joyce Galvao attended Colegio Santa Maria from 1985 to 1992. Joyce then pursued a degree in Law at Universidade Católica de Pernambuco from 1995 to 1998.
