Erin Dunklee has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Erin is currently the Head of Travel Operations at Duffel since August 2022. Prior to that, Erin worked as the Client & Customer Operations Manager at JustPark from September 2021 to July 2022. Erin also held the positions of Experience and Team Director at NoteWorthy Exquisite British Experiences from April 2019 to October 2021, and Team Manager from January 2018 to April 2019.

Erin's previous experience includes serving as the Director of Guest Relations at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts from May 2016 to February 2018. Before that, they worked as the Director of Front Office- Pre Opening Team at HEI Hotels & Resorts from May 2015 to May 2016, where they were responsible for establishing standard operating procedures, implementing systems and procedures, and training associates.

Earlier in their career, Erin served as the Interim Front Office Manager at The Fairmont Washington, D.C. from September 2014 to May 2015. Erin also worked as the Assistant Front Office Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where they managed front office operations, guest service operations, and royal service operations. Erin was also part of the LDP "Leader in Development Program" at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where they gained experience as a Guest Service Manager and provided managerial support for front office and guest services.

Erin's work experience began with roles at Sodexo as a Student Manager from September 2009 to May 2011, and Compass Group North America as an Intern at Microsoft Campus from May 2010 to August 2010.

Erin Dunklee attended Washington State University - College of Business and Economics from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2008, they also briefly attended UCCR and earned a BA in Business. Erin Dunklee further holds additional certifications including an ABRA License, which they obtained in January 2013, and a TIPS Certification, which they obtained in August 2012.
