Prisco Vardaro

Prisco Vardaro is an experienced attorney specializing in medical malpractice and general liability defense, currently serving as Trial Counsel at Duffy & Duffy, PLLC since May 2023. Vardaro has a history of leadership in the legal field, having co-founded Vardaro Law, PLLC in August 2022 after 25 years of practice, where the firm focuses on plaintiff’s medical malpractice, general liability, automobile, and Labor Law cases. Previous positions include Senior Partner at Vardaro & Associates, LLP and Partner at Law Office of Anthony P. Vardaro, P.C., as well as early career experience as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Jerrold N. Cohen. Vardaro holds a Juris Doctor degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, along with a Master of Science in Biology from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Joseph's University New York.
