Rick J Duha

Rick G. Duha has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rick G. is currently the Chief Business Officer at Duha Group, where they oversee IT and digital infrastructure projects. Rick G. previously served as the Director of Operations Systems and the Supply Chain Manager at Duha Group, focusing on improving procedures and creating an excellent end-to-end customer experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Team Leader and an Operations Excellence Coordinator. Rick G. also had experience as a Sales Assistant and Salesforce Administrator, where they helped consolidate internal communications. In addition, they have held leadership positions outside of the Duha Group, including Managing Director at Exact Colour International and Member of the Board of Directors at the Manitoba Print Industry Association. Furthermore, Rick co-founded the Winnipeg Tribe of November Project, a fitness movement that promotes an inclusive community and motivation to stay active. Rick G. also served as an Ambassador for lululemon athletica.

Rick G. Duha completed a Bachelor's Degree in Outdoor Recreation & Tourism at Lakehead University from 2009 to 2012. Rick G. then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Manitoba between 2015 and 2019. In 2014, they attended the Family Business Academy at INSEAD and achieved a certification as a Lean Black Belt from the Duha Center of Excellence. Additionally, they completed the Principles of Operational Excellence certification from the Shingo Institute and obtained the Workplace Leadership Certification from the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters. In the same year, Rick also participated in the YPO China Abroad Summer Program at Northwood University. Rick G. further expanded their knowledge at Stanford University, where they completed a Public Speaking Mastery program in an undisclosed year. Rick G. Duha is currently attending the Business Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, with no specified end year.
