Shannon Czernicki

Shannon Czernicki has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on management roles. Shannon most recently worked as a Human Resources Director at Duha Group starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at DeFehr Furniture Ltd. from September 2019 to November 2022. Before that, Shannon worked as a Human Resources Manager at Brunswick Steel from September 2017 to June 2019, and at Graphic Packaging International from October 2015 to September 2017. Shannon also held management roles at Luxottica Retail, where they were a Human Resources Manager from August 2011 to July 2014, and a Human Resource Specialist from August 2007 to August 2011. Prior to their time at Luxottica Retail, Shannon worked as an Office Manager and handled payroll at Buhler Furniture from August 2002 to August 2007.

Shannon Czernicki began their education journey in 2011 at the University of Manitoba. Shannon is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, specializing in general studies.
