Since September 2008, Joe has been serving as a Project Manager/Estimator at Duke Electric Co., Inc. Prior to this role, Joe held similar positions at Daniel Utility Construction and Advanced Cabling Systems, and worked as an Electronic Tech at Rich Certified Services. Joe's career began with project management at Rancho Santa Fe Technology, showcasing a strong background that spans over two decades in managing complex projects. Joe completed education at Rison High School from 1988 to 1991.
