Anna Byers

Anna Byers, PE, currently serves as the Manager of Distribution Construction for the Central Zone at Duke Energy Corporation, a position held since August 2018. Previously, Anna held roles at Duke Energy as a Senior Engineer in System Planning and as a Turbine System Engineer. Anna's experience also includes working at The Dow Chemical Company as a Production Engineer in Energy Systems and as a Pipeline Integrity Engineer. Earlier in their career, Anna gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op at Duke Energy. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and also studied at Politecnico di Torino.
