Cory Chaney

Cory Chaney is an experienced professional in project controls with a strong background in cost management and reporting across various sectors, including renewable energy and construction. Currently serving as a Principal Project Controls Specialist at Duke Energy Corporation since October 2022, Cory reviews project plans and performs quantity takeoffs. Prior roles include Senior Project Controls Specialist at Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc., and Project Controls Manager at Sargent & Lundy, where leadership and mentoring of project controls teams were emphasized. Cory began the career in project controls in 2001 at Parsons and has held progressive roles, showcasing expertise in cost control, forecasting, and project scheduling.
