Gina Furundzic

Gina Furundzic, SHRM-CP, brings extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as an HR Consultant in Labor Relations at Duke Energy Corporation since July 2022. In this role, Gina partners with labor unions and management to negotiate contracts, advises on disciplinary matters, manages internal postings, and leads employee investigations.
