Glen Passow

Glen Passow is a mechanical engineering graduate from Cornell University, holding a bachelor's degree with a minor in business. Currently serving as an area operations engineer at Duke Energy Corporation since June 2023, Glen previously gained valuable experience as an onboarding director for Cornell Baja Racing and a teaching assistant for business capstone courses at Cornell University. Previous roles at Duke Energy include an operations support intern, where Glen assisted with project management for residential developments. Glen also led a sub-team at Cornell Baja Racing, co-founded BlitzOrder, and worked as the operations and data lead for Rooted Farmers. Additional experience includes an internship at FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc., where Glen improved data analysis processes, and a summer internship at Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory, focusing on climate data accessibility.
