Martha Purser

Martha Purser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate strategy and facility management at Duke Energy Corporation. Since November 2016, Martha has served as Director of Real Estate Strategy and Transactions, overseeing real estate transactions, leasing, permitting, and property management for Duke Enterprise. Prior to this role, Martha held various leadership positions, including Director of Facilities Management and Director of Project Management, focusing on team management and infrastructure upgrades across the Western Regions of North and South Carolina and the Midwest. Martha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
