Martin Strasburger

Martin Strasburger is an accomplished executive in the field of cybersecurity and security management. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Duke Energy Corporation since January 2022, Martin Strasburger oversees the Enterprise Security department, collaborating with company executives and the board to shape security strategies for technology networks, operational assets, facilities, and personnel. Prior to this role, Martin Strasburger was Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Duke Energy, where responsibilities included defining the cybersecurity strategy across corporate and operational networks. Martin Strasburger has also held senior leadership positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, including Senior Director of Cybersecurity, and has experience from Edgile, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, which includes various titles from consultant to senior manager. Martin Strasburger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.
