Pepper Natonski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in government affairs and strategic engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Federal Government Affairs and Vice President of National Engagement & Strategy and Sustainability at Duke Energy Corporation since September 2015, Pepper has demonstrated leadership in navigating regulatory environments and promoting sustainability initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2011 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida (2000-2004).
