Sarah Moore

Sarah Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation, and change strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation Experiences & Engagement at Duke Energy Corporation since June 2018, Sarah is a founding leader of the Lighthouse initiative focused on operational efficiencies. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director, Innovation & Learning + Change Strategy at Propulo Consulting, where consultation with global organizations on culture change and learning initiatives was a key focus. Other roles include Manager at North Highland, Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, Press Secretary for Congressman Christopher Shays, and Associate at APCO Worldwide. Sarah holds a Master's of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and has completed additional certifications in Organizational and Leadership Coaching and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
