Seth Ervin is an experienced design professional currently serving as Lead Experience Designer at Duke Energy Corporation since November 2025. Prior to this role, Seth was Lead Product Designer at Buildertrend, where responsibilities included creating user-centric solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Seth's career at Duke Energy also included a position as Design & Innovation Strategist, advocating for digital applications within the company’s transformation initiatives. Notably, Seth served as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, leading transformative projects and championing digital equity efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
