Richard Arthur has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2008, Richard joined Duke Manufacturing Co. as a Marketing Manager, collaborating with business unit managers to develop a core competency in marketing and marketing communications. Richard further progressed to become the Director of Marketing and Customer Solutions, leading the development of a managed project pipeline and establishing processes to boost morale and performance. Richard then took on the role of Director of Customer Care and Commercial Systems at Duke Manufacturing Co., where they played a key role in designing and manufacturing equipment solutions for the foodservice industry. Currently, Richard serves as the Director of Customer Experience & Commercial Operations at Duke Manufacturing Co., responsible for ensuring customer experience excellence and aligning Duke's vision with customers' expectations and goals.
