Sudheer Dharanikota has held various positions in the Telecom and Healthcare industries since 2000. In 2000, they were an Architect at Nayna Networks. Sudheer then moved to Avici Systems in 2002 as an Architect in Traffic Engineering. In 2003, they became a Sr. Product Line Manager at Alcatel-Lucent. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Managing Director at Highbrow Consulting Group, where they developed long-term technology and capital spend strategies for a Tier-1 Cable Operator, created a consumer consent and privacy framework for a Tier-1 Telecom Operator, and created business strategies for revenue generating healthcare, logistics and energy verticals. In 2014, they became the Managing Director at Duke Tech Solutions Inc., where they offered strategy, transformation and execution related consulting for operators. In 2017, they became the Managing Partner and CEO at First Principles Innovations, LLC, where they guided the angel investment team in solving problems faced by the Telecom and Healthcare industries. In 2019, they became the Vice Chairman of the SCTE-ISBE/IoT Working Group, Chairman of the Wiring Closet Working Group at SCTE, and Chairman of the Telehealth and Aging in Place. In 2021, they became the Founder of PDCare. In 2022, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors at the North Carolina Technology Association.
Sudheer Dharanikota has an extensive education history. Sudheer completed a B.Tech in ECE from Acharya Nagarjuna University, an M.E in Electrical Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), a Ph.D in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, and an MBA in Strategy from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
