Will Finlayson

As Operations Director for Summer Boarding Courses, Will oversees all enquiries for securing a place on one of the high-quality study holiday courses. He also oversees all the relationships with external agencies and schools, who kindly provide the excellent facilities and settings for the programmes.

Previously, Will worked with us in a number of other roles, including Summer School Manager, Centre Manager, and Activity Manager. Excelling in these roles has made him an expert in working with parents and instructors to ensure that children get the maximum benefit and enjoyment out of their experience.

Will’s background was previously in sports education. He is a graduate of the University of Bath in Sports Education and Development. Will has held two positions as a Lacrosse Coordinator and Local Development Officer, delivering coaching across the west of England with the English Lacrosse Association. He has also worked as an outdoor instructor and coach on YMCA programs in Auckland, developing the talents and abilities of young people to succeed.
