Nile Awan possesses extensive experience in risk management within the banking sector, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Dukhan Bank since October 2020. Prior to this role, Nile held the position of Group Chief Risk Officer at Barwa Bank from October 2011 to October 2020 and was Chief Risk Officer at Noor Islamic Bank from April 2007 to September 2011. Earlier career highlights include various roles at ABN AMRO Bank - UAE from 1994 to 2007, including Deputy CRO and Risk Manager for Asia Pacific.
