Francis Bain

Francis Bain has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Francis is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Dukosi since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cirrus Logic as the Manager of Software Development from July 2014 to November 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Wolfson Microelectronics, including Software Development Manager - Android and Linux from April 2012 to August 2014, Applications Software Manager from June 2007 to April 2012, Applications Software Team Leader - Windows Embedded CE from January 2006 to June 2007, Senior Applications Software Engineer from January 2005 to January 2006, and Applications Software Engineer from February 2002 to January 2005. Francis also has previous experience as a Software Engineer at Lucent Technologies from July 2000 to February 2002, and at Microlise as a Software Engineer from April 1995 to July 2000, where they also served as a team leader for the WinCE port onto rugged terminals.

Francis Bain obtained a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Derby, where they attended from 1991 to 1993.
