Paul Dorsey

Paul Dorsey has extensive experience in both academia and the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving at Dulcian Health since June 2015, Dorsey focuses on enhancing patient health and supporting physicians in delivering quality care. Additionally, Dorsey has been with Dulcian since September 1995, where significant contributions include architecting a business rule-based approach to application development through the innovative BRIM® tool. Earlier academic roles include professorships at Rider University, Penn State University, and the University of Alberta in Computer Information Systems and Accounting. Dorsey holds a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College.
