Elli Grapp has a variety of work experience in different roles and industries. Elli currently holds the position of Regional Training Director at the Duluth Area Family YMCA. Previously, they worked as the People Services Manager at the YMCA of Greater Omaha from July 2019 to December 2021. Elli also worked as a Contractor at Inclusive Communities from August 2020 to August 2021 and as a Community Connector at The Human Impact from June 2018 to March 2019.

Prior to these roles, Elli was the Practicum Program Coordinator at the American University School of International Service from September 2016 to July 2018. Elli Grapp completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and French at Iowa State University from 2013 to 2016. Elli then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution at American University from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they also obtained a Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
