Jennifer Walker has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to e-commerce, web marketing, and merchandising. Jennifer began their career at Gempler's, where they worked as a Merchandising Manager, responsible for product selection and merchandising for the Workwear, Footwear, and Safety product lines. Jennifer also developed new product commercialization strategies, managed vendor relationships, and worked with Grainger Product Management to onboard new suppliers.

Jennifer then moved on to Grainger, where they served as a Supervisor of eMarketing operations for several specialty brands. Jennifer managed online marketing operations, including a significant ad budget and a team of two members.

After their time at Grainger, Jennifer held various roles at Gempler's (Lab Safety Supply), including Web Marketing Specialist and Web Merchandiser & Analyst. Jennifer was responsible for SEO, social media, web merchandising, and site enhancements.
