Marisa Phelps

Marisa Phelps is an experienced designer specializing in women's woven tops and sweaters, currently holding the position of Designer at Duluth Trading Company since June 2022. Prior to this role, Marisa worked at Chico's FAS, Inc. for three years, progressing from Associate Designer of Chico's No Iron and Black Label to Assistant Designer of various collections. Marisa has gained valuable skills through internships with JCPenney, Chico's, West Chester Protective Gear, Lands' End, Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh, and Franklin County Engineers Office. Marisa holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati and is well-versed in design development, tech pack creation, and collaboration with overseas vendors and internal teams.
