Marsela Kole

Marsela Kole is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Infusion Services at Duly Health and Care since April 2025, Marsela previously held the position of Regional Operations Director at IVX Health from July 2021 to May 2025. In a long tenure at Hearing Health Center from May 2008 to July 2021, Marsela advanced through various roles, including Director of Operations, Director of Patient Care Coordinators, and Patient Care Coordinator. Marsela began a career in academia as a Chemistry Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois from August 2005 to May 2007. Academically, Marsela holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Healthcare Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
