Ron Toivanen

Ron Toivanen has extensive experience in human resources management, having held various leadership positions across multiple industries. At Dumas Contracting Ltd., Ron serves as the Central Region HR Manager. Prior to this role, Ron managed human resources for Blue Note Caribou Mines, where responsibilities included staffing a startup mining operation and establishing various HR programs and policies. Additional positions include Manager of Human Resources at SNC-LAVALIN PAE Inc. and Corporate Manager of Human Resources at IKO Industries, among others. Ron's career in HR began with roles at Allied Signal Aerospace, Fisons Pharmaceuticals, and BP Resources Mining Division. Educational background includes studies at the University of Western Ontario.
