Bruno René Molina Esquivel

Bruno René Molina Esquivel is an experienced professional in agricultural production and operational excellence management. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager for the Americas at Dümmen Orange since January 2018, Bruno leads complex initiatives and ensures compliance with Greencompliance and GreenGEP standards. Previous roles at Dümmen Orange include Quality Manager and Crop Protection and Irrigation Manager, where responsibilities ranged from developing quality management systems to overseeing logistics for large teams. Prior to this, Bruno held the position of Production Director at Sunfresh Exportadora de flores de corte S.A, and had experience as a Production and Availability Supervisor at GRUPO TECUN. Bruno holds a degree in Agronomy from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and an industrial technology diploma from Instituto Emiliani Somascos.
