Maikel Engelsman

Maikel Engelsman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales management. Currently serving as the Manager Inside Sales APP EMEA at Dümmen Orange since July 2016, Maikel oversees customer service and back office operations across the EMEA region. Previous roles include Manager Customer Service and Team Lead Customer Service at MBC, where responsibilities included acting as the primary contact for customers and managing hardware purchases. Maikel began a career in retail with Albert Heijn as an All Rounder, taking on various tasks including inventory management and team leadership. Additionally, Maikel conducted graduate research at Ties Kruize Verzekeringen focused on consumer acceptance of financial subscriptions and gained practical experience during an internship at Telefuture. Maikel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
