Dorothy Spence has extensive experience in financial operations, currently serving as the Finance Ops Team Leader at Dun & Bradstreet since August 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing the Usage/Billing process and managing teams focused on Sales Support and Controls & Compliance to ensure high-quality accuracy and SOX compliance. Previously, from February 2005 to August 2009, Dorothy held the position of Quality Assurance Leader for Usage/Billing at D&B. Dorothy attended Montclair State University from 1974 to 1976.
