Chief Strategy Officer at Dun & Bradstreet

Peter Horowitz is the Chief Strategy Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. In this role, Peter is responsible for guiding Dun & Bradstreet’s ongoing transformation including its digital growth strategy, and its data architecture, transparency, governance and quality efforts.

Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Peter was a Client Partner at Motive Labs, where he developed innovation as a service methodology within the private equity fintech accelerator/incubator. Earlier, Peter served as an Advisory Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he co-led the Capital Markets Technology and Operations Consulting practice. He delivered strategy and large-scale transformation projects for global banks, broker-dealers, and asset managers. Most recently, he led transformations that included rationalizing middle- and back-office systems and consolidating multiple broker-dealers onto a single platform.

Previously, Peter was Partner at Three Crown Capital Partners, an alternative investment manager. Three Crown managed funds domiciled in the US and Bermuda as well as separately managed accounts. Three Crown’s investment strategies focused on absolute returns generated using fixed income swaps and delivering equity benchmark returns with less risk by expressing positions in equity options.

Peter holds a JD from Albany Law School and an MS in operations research and statistics and a BS in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
