Massimiliano Motta has extensive experience in the development of rigid polyurethane foams as an R&D Manager, R&D Program Manager, and R&D Chemist at DUNA-CORRADINI S.P.A. Currently, Massimiliano serves as an Innovation Design Strategist at the same company. With a Master's degree in Innovation & Technology Management from Bologna Business School, Massimiliano specializes in physical, chemical, and mechanical characterization of polymeric materials, as well as providing technical support.
