Ciara McGrath

Ciara McGrath is the Group HR Manager at Duncan and Todd Group, leading the People function and providing strategic support to the CEO and senior management team. With extensive experience in human resources, Ciara has formulated employee relations strategies, resource planning, and HR policies, while ensuring compliance with employment law. Previous roles include HR Generalist at Peterson, HR Business Partner at Harkand, and HR Manager at 1st Integrated Solutions, among others, where Ciara contributed to various HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational change. Ciara holds a PGDip in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Management Studies from Robert Gordon University, as well as a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice.
