Jonathan Forsey

Jonathan Forsey is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Special Counsel in the Litigation team at Duncan Cotterill since July 2002. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Associate at Slaughter and May, focusing on civil litigation and dispute resolution from January 1999 to June 2002. Jonathan began a legal career as a Solicitor and later Senior Solicitor in the Litigation team at Kensington Swan from January 1995 to December 1998. Earlier experience includes serving as a Judges' Clerk at the High Court of New Zealand, providing legal research assistance to Judges and Masters from January 1993 to December 1994. Jonathan holds a BA/LLB(Hons) in Law, Political Science, and History from The University of Auckland, completed from 1988 to 1992. Educational background also includes attendance at Onehunga High School and Epsom Normal Intermediate.
