John Sherratt

John Sherratt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and retail management. Currently serving as the Customer Experience and Data Protection Officer at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council since June 2019, John has previously held various roles within the council and has been with Dunelm since May 2016 as a Store Manager. John graduated from the "Lead with Impact" high potential program in December 2017 and has hosted significant events for Dunelm. Prior experience includes positions at Marks and Spencer as Store Manager and Food Commercial Manager, where leadership of large teams and high sales targets was key.
