Bobbi Subiti

Bobbi Subiti is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for Dungarvin since December 2021, Bobbi previously held multiple roles at Volunteers of America from April 2000 to September 2021, including Director of Staffing and People Systems, Director of Staffing and Recruitment, and Recruitment and Staffing Specialist. Key responsibilities included providing consultant support on People Systems to multiple facilities, project management during an ATS transition, and establishing a centralized recruiting team. Earlier roles involved HR management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. Bobbi holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Services from multiple institutions, including Inver Hills Community College and Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
