Megan Sperling

Megan Sperling is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Dungarvin since July 2018, Megan strategically partners with business leaders and oversees the recruiting team while managing the full cycle recruitment of higher-level positions across multiple states. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dungarvin, HR Generalist and Recruiter at Genz-Ryan, and various recruiting positions at Thrivent and University of Minnesota Physicians. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of South Florida.
