Shashikant Joshi

Shashikant Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Manager of Sales & Operations for Dunkin' UAE, Shashikant oversees all operations across the UAE since September 2020. Previously, as Area Manager for Tim Hortons in Abu Dhabi, responsibilities included managing customer service and profitability for 14 stores, developing business strategies, and conducting evaluations of managers. Shashikant has also held key positions at Krispy Kreme as Operations Manager, Costa Coffee as Area Manager, and progressed through various roles at Global Franchise Architects and Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited. Shashikant holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University.
