Lee Falconieri Phr, Hcs

Lee Falconieri, PHR, HCS has over 17 years of work experience in various human resources roles. From 2005 to 2006, Lee worked as an Account Manager at CDW. In 2006, Lee joined Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter, and then in 2007, moved to BDP International as a Corporate Recruiter and later as a Human Resources Recruiter/HR Generalist. In 2014, Lee joined Axalta as a Human Resources Specialist and later served as a Corporate Human Resources Manager. Lee also held leadership positions at Axalta as the Americas Human Resources Leader for Transportation Coatings and the North America Human Resources Leader for HR Operations. From 2021 to 2023, Lee worked at Neuronetics, Inc. as an Associate Director of Human Resources. Currently, Lee holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Dunmore, starting in January 2023.

Lee Falconieri, PHR, HCS has a Master of Science in Management: Human Resource Management from Walsh College. Prior to that, Lee Falconieri obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland. In addition to their degrees, Lee Falconieri has several certifications including Professional Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, Human Capital Strategist and Strategic Human Resources Partner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and Human Resources Management from the Mid Atlantic Employers Association (MEA).
