Kaley Noone

Kaley Noone has extensive experience in the field of special education. Kaley served as the Director of Special Education for the Dunmore School District and the Scranton School District. In addition, they worked as a Special Education Teacher for the Scranton School District for nearly a decade. Kaley also held the position of Cyclical Monitoring for Continuous Improvement Peer Monitor at the Pennsylvania Department of Education and is currently an APR Special Education Administration Mentor at the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN).

Kaley Noone's education history begins in 2004, when they attended Wilkes University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology in 2008. Kaley then pursued further education at Marywood University from 2014 to 2016, earning a Master's degree in Special Education Administration and Supervision, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in K-12 Principal. In 2021, they enrolled at the University of Scranton and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022.

In addition to their degrees, Kaley Noone has obtained various certifications throughout their education journey. Kaley became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in June 2023. Kaley also holds certifications in Elementary Education K-6 Teacher, English/Language Arts 9-12, School Principal K-12, Special Education K-12 Teacher, and Special Education Supervisor K-12 from Wilkes University and Marywood University, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
