Evans Dunn

Evans joined Dunn Construction as a Project Manager / Estimator in 2004. His responsibilities included: Building relationships with developers, general contractors and municipalities. And generating Cost To Complete analyses for projects.In 2014, Evans was promoted to Vice President of Estimating. Today, he is responsible for all of Dunn’s construction work in Alabama—and for procuring work from area developers, general contractors and engineers. Evans is a 1991 graduate of the University of Alabama—where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In 1992, Evans joined Royal Cup Coffee—serving the company in a variety of sales and marketing-related positions (from Route Sales to National Account Manager) before joining Dunn in 2004. An active member of Meadow Brook Baptist Church, Evans has served both as a Deacon and on numerous church committees. He is a board member of Birmingham United Soccer Association, and has coached several soccer teams over the years. Evans and his wife Katie have three daughters: Kathleen, Alexandra and Anne-Marie. All three girls play soccer; two for travel teams.
